Finally got the crank pulley bolt undone.
Ended up welding a m20 nut over the head of the crank bolt and then used a 30mm socket and it crack straight away. :D

That's exactly what I thought would happen. Enough heat to shrink the bolt and it would come out. Happy times!

looks like it was running lean, to melt the pistons
