Very close to the magic 12 number. 2 more and it becomes an official "get it organised".

At Portland we are not far from the famed beach driving area of Beachport/Robe.
I have done the run from Robe to the now Infamous Salt Creek which was pretty cool.Depending on commitments and time constraints would anybody be interested in adding some kms to the trip.

I'm a bit undecided here Damo.

Robe / Beachport sounds like a great idea for a trip. But should it be another trip, or the same trip. Not sure.

Portland is dunes, but comes with fees and minimum vehicle standards.
Beachport is beach, no fees and no minimum vehicle standards.

I'm interesting in doing both, but I struggle to see us fitting both into a 3 or 4 day weekend. Could be a good opportunity for another club trip, or in future we may consider alternating each year?

Happy to keep the discussions going. Congrats on becoming our newest trip leader! :)

Beachport is more than just beach, includes dunes, and huge dunes, as well.
