Hospital just rang to postpone my surgery for another 2 weeks, now 20th May.
They just found out the Doc is on holidays apparently, tho I have heard that before :o

Mines fine without the stabilizer, was intending to put it on, but it is still in the garage drawers .. Never had death wobbles since fitting ps.

Now we have a new date to wait for, 6th of May, only 4 more weeks.

Trying not to get over excited as it could postpone again.

This will muck up my planned trips in June, I will have to wait for early Spring, but that could be nicer weather anyway :mrgreen:

When I got back to finish THE updating, it would not update sometimes, and would others. :evil: :evil: :evil: After a lot of reading, I realised that the modem had an inbuilt firewall, and this coud be the issue. FIREWALLS TEND TO FIGHT WHEN RUN TOGETHER. The way I read the help info suggested to me...

We were able to register no probs, and it was already activated. It still didn't update. So we checked out the firewall, by turning it off, and was instantly able to update windows. Finished updating first, then looked thru firewall, to discover it was set to "public computer" security. Ha...
