That truggy of sorts build on pirate is amazing. I wonder what options we would have with a Sierra body. Perhaps a Jeep Cherokee base or a mitsy io? Sadly I've not bought anything with a lion battery....yet. All of my tools were built up over the years as required for house renovations. That's shifted now. Slowly building the arsenal for owning a zook. I'll keep an eye on Gumtree for an industrial drill press. Good thought.

Thanks as always Steve. My mate owns an industrial switchboard business so he has offered to help me learn proper welding. I have a lot of the stuff you have mentioned which is a good start. Really appreciate the input. Happy fabbing.

Now that I have a good 5 or 6 self tought arc welds under my belt I've developed a liking to it and I want to build on my skills. What are the tools for the job? I'll take a break from rushing to get my rig back on the road and come along. An easy trip from Doreen for me.
