Re: Snow Trip - Day Trippers - Jamieson Accom - Fri/Sat/Sun - 9-11 Aug 2019 - 10 Car Limit Hit

Hi Neo. I would like a spot in your place on the Friday please and would take a guess that Jon L might need a spot too. Saves the early drive from Mansfield. Will bring up some cash or bank transfer. I have PMed you the details, anyone else wanting to use the cabin on Friday please contact Richard M.

Just letting you know that I've got a house booked for the weekend in Jamieson and we are only using it on Saturday, so if anyone wants to use it on Friday you are welcome to. It sleeps 6, David and his wife were going to use it on Friday, but it seems they are out now.

Yes.

Run whichever has the biggest footprint, unless they are jungle treks or boggers or something else with no sideways traction that can lead to a poor showing in front of some jeeps.

Booking confirmed. 2:40pm on Sunday.
I've booked for 12, as no Liz or Ben, but numbers are flexible.

Re: Jimny wheel stud upgrade...

Correct, Tim you need to get the 26 spline version of the front axles to go with the 26 spline locker that I will eventually sort out.

Re: UrchFab

yeah, makes me jealous.

But then https://www.machineryhouse.com.au/P9000A
$9.5K is a hell of a lot of drill bits, grinding discs and holesaws.

I might get a plasma cutter once the new shed is all setup though.

Re: Jimny wheel stud upgrade...

yep, no need to upgrade unless you have really thick alloy wheels that make the studs too short.
