Re: Sierra Spare wheel on stock mount

Turning spare around and/or shortening or lengthening the rubber protectors can help with width.. Too much height can foul on the bumper. Some people have had hinge and panel damage with the extra weight. Proper bracing behind door could enable moving of the mount, tho not looked into it. My spare i...

Re: BAHA Hearing Aide Possible funding

I ordered brown Sounds good... The only issue is isn't it supposed to match your hair colour ? You have grey hair like me. Thats the general idea, or some match thier skin color. I picked brown, because black or white is hard to keep clean, and the pinkish and grey color would clash with my eyes :)...

My surgeon opted for see thru sticky stuff, rather than a bandage. Better for germ protection, maybe? Got ...

Re: BAHA Hearing Aide Possible funding

5 days to go to op date.
Thankfully no postponements yet.
Though I am very nervy and cranky lately.
I pity the people around me.
Not concerned about op, I have had loads of sugery and this is quite minor, it is just the fear of postponement, due to the hospital, or my health.

Re: Can I Tow With My Little Sierra?

My Sierra sized camper trailer weighs 250kg unloaded. I don't carry much in it. I haven't done a lot of k's with it yet. It tows ok, but you know its there. You'd need more power than a stocker fer 600kg in my opinion. My trailer build is on outerlimits and on here. christover http://i129.photobucke...

Re: Vehicle Prep & Trip Leading - Wednesday 21st May

I was very interested, but my surgery date got changed to the 20th, so now I can't make it.
It would be a great event, I reckon.
