Re: ADVENTURE TOUR 2010
Finally did we hear back about the status of paddy's? Are we ok to drive there? If we do find it to be closed its not far from deans marsh and there is plenty to do there. I had a phone call telling me that they were posting the info on the Association forum. I have just downloaded a couple of rele...

Mt Skene winter access
I checked with the Association today about the status of winter access to the Jamieson-Licola Rd over Mt Skene in winter. It was confirmed on Friday that the situation will be the same as last year. We will need to apply for an accesss permit from the Association. It doesn't matter how you get there...

Re: WANDIN - 21st February
A good day was had. The rain stayed away and it wasn't as hot as we have had there. The new t-shirts and stickers are 8-) too. Better start thinking about next years design. To those that organised the day, thanks and well done. Looks like we have gained some new and some prospective members. It was...

Re: WANDIN - 21st February
Yes, They're all "big" cars. It seems that big cars draw people in. People seem to want to see cars they wish they owned on the stand rather than cars that are just like theirs. It's hard to get anyone to look underneath, say, Hamblin's Vitara, despite all the cool stuff under it. Actuall...

Re: Electric Power Steer
The Japanese market Sierra that my K6A came from had Factory electric power steer but I didn't get it with the engine.

V6 engines
The other day I was in Meridian Motorsport in Moorabbin and got talking to a guy there. It turns out that he quite likes the Suzuki H series V6 engines annd in particular the 2.0 and has had a bit to do with them. One of the things that they do is to replace the valves and hydraulic lifters with Toy...
